SHIPPING
● Hard Wax Solutions™ orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are shipped standard shipping via UPS or USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-7 business days from the order being placed, for standard shipping. Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $7.65 - $9 in the US. Hard Wax Solutions™ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMPLEMENT OR DISABLE SHIPPING COSTS AT ANY TIME.
● Local orders can be picked up to by-pass shipping.
Orders can be picked up at our central location: 4203 W El Prado Blvd. Suite B, Tampa FL 33629. Please call ahead (813) 533-7375, to ensure your order is ready.
● Hard Wax Solutions™ allows you to ship any address other than your billing address. However, we do require that you provide us with the billing address that matches your card institution's records. Please note that orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if we are unable to confirm the billing information with your credit card bank. If you are using an international credit card, we may require that you provide us with a signed authorization and proper identification to ship your products.
● Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands may take 6 - 8 business days.
● We do not ship orders out of the US online, If you are looking to order and do not live in the US, Please call (813) 533-7375 to place any international orders.
● Our Internal shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error. If the merchandise is returned we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.
● Return shipping charges may apply for refused or unclaimed packages.
● A signature may be required upon delivery.
● Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
● If there is an order that you placed, that needs correction, please contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
● If you have purchased any products from us that you do not enjoy, you may exchange them for any of our other products, within 30 days of the invoice date. Exchanges are not accepted past 30 days of invoice date. Requests for refund are only accepted for unopened products and must be made within 15 days of receipt of product. Refunds are not accepted after 15 days of purchase.
● Opened products are only available for exchange / store credit
● Unopened products are available for exchange / store credit or refund. (No refunds after 15 days)
